• Damaged, defective, or wrong product received
• Issue reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Product unused and unwashed
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

Returns are not accepted for sizing issues, personal preference, or minor color variations.

• Customized or special-order products
• Products damaged due to misuse

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear images or video showing the issue

Return Approval & Pickup

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you. Pickup availability depends on your location. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated after quality inspection
• Processed within 5–7 working days
• Credited to original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items and are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
