At Rupshine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return or exchange is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, sizing issues, or color variation due to screen display.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale / discount
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
  • Pickup availability depends on your location.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

🚫 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Important Notes

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
  • Rupshine reserves the right to reject a return if policy conditions are not met.
