Cancellation Policy

At Rupshine, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Rupshine

Rupshine reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues or failure
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after cancellation confirmation.
  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The order is marked as “Out for Delivery”
  • The product is customized or specially made

5. Important Notes

  • Rupshine is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch will be treated as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

Rupshine reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
