At Rupshine, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Rupshine
Rupshine reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues or failure
- Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The order is marked as “Out for Delivery”
- The product is customized or specially made
5. Important Notes
- Rupshine is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
- Cancellation requests made after dispatch will be treated as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Rupshine reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
