1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange request will be accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
❗ Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Products purchased during sale / clearance / discount
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
- Size or fit issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or a video showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.
4. Approval & Pickup
- Once approved, return or exchange instructions will be shared.
- Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
6. Refund Policy (If Exchange Is Not Possible)
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days
- The amount is credited to the original mode of payment
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
7. Important Notes
- Requests without proper proof (images/video) may be rejected
- Rupshine reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet policy conditions
