Return & Exchange Policy

At Rupshine, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Each item is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you.

Please read the policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

❗ Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Products purchased during sale / clearance / discount
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
  • Size or fit issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.

4. Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, return or exchange instructions will be shared.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

6. Refund Policy (If Exchange Is Not Possible)

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days
  • The amount is credited to the original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Important Notes

  • Requests without proper proof (images/video) may be rejected
  • Rupshine reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet policy conditions
  • This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions
