1. Eligibility for Returns
A return or exchange is applicable only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, sizing issues, or color variation due to screen display.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased on sale / discount
- Customized or special-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
4. Return Approval & Pickup
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
- Pickup availability depends on your location.
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
🚫 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
8. Important Notes
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
- Rupshine reserves the right to reject a return if policy conditions are not met.
